- 3 Prepare. Work the plan — pitch deck, financial model, valuation case, clean legal housekeeping — with Sherpa alongside you 24/7.
- 4 Review. When your plan is complete, your venture is reviewed against the program's published standard. Pass, and you're a graduate.
- 5 Meet. We match you with an investor by sector, stage, and check size and arrange the meeting — they arrive already briefed by your tracker and Momentum Score.

If you're new to SVBS, a single combined checkout starts your $50/month Entrepreneur subscription and enrols you in the program together. Either way, your exact total is shown before you confirm.
Is the $2,500 the whole cost?
No — and we're careful never to imply it is. The program runs alongside an active Entrepreneur subscription ($50/month), which carries Sherpa, the Milestone Progress tracker, all 14 courses, and the Knowledgebase throughout your preparation. The one-time $2,500 adds the program review, investor matching, and the guaranteed meeting.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes — the $50/month Entrepreneur subscription can be cancelled anytime from your account. Bear in mind the subscription carries the tools you use to prepare, so most founders keep it active through graduation and their investor meeting.
Is funding guaranteed?
No — and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. The guaranteed outcome is an investor meeting, earned by graduating the program. What happens in the room is between you and the investor: our job is to make sure you walk in fully prepared, and that the investor already wants to hear you.
How long does it take to graduate?
It depends on your starting point. The entry assessment at enrolment produces a personalized plan and a realistic timeline — some ventures are weeks away, others have more work to do. The program is self-paced, and Sherpa mentors you the whole way.
